Shortbread Bars Like Girl Scout Shortbread

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter with sugar and salt. Add flour and mix well. Pat into a greased 9 x 13 pan with your fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven.
  2. Cool thoroughly and cut into brownie sized bars.
