Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Put yogurt in a colander lined with a double layer cheesecloth or coffee filters.
  2. Place over a deep bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. This will make a yogurt cheese .
  4. Discard the liquid that drains.
  5. In a small bowl, whip the cream.
  6. Fold in the yogurt cheese and sugar.
