Roquefort and Walnut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 30 g walnuts
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch paprika

Directions:

  1. Crush cheese with fork.
  2. Grind walnuts to a fine powder in processor.
  3. Add the cheese and mix together in processor.
  4. Pour in the oil very slowly, as if making mayonnaise, until a thick sauce is achieved.
  5. Season well and stir in the paprika.
