Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rhubarb
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together & pour in pie crust.
  2. You can use either a double crust or a single crust with meringe.
