I have not made this in a few years, but it is yummy Ingredients:
1 cup rhubarb |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together & pour in pie crust. 2. You can use either a double crust or a single crust with meringe. |
