Ingredients:

  • 1000 ml milk
  • 280 ml white rice , my mil likes to used sushi rice
  • 2 -3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and cook on low/medium until rice is done, and mixture is thick.
  2. Then quickly add the egg, and mix well.
  3. Immdiately serve with cinnamon/sugar, applesauce and canned fruit.
