Regas Restaurant Sweet Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups canola salad oil

Directions:

  1. In Hobart mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except canola oil and mix with whip on speed#2 until well mixed.
  2. While continuing to mix, slowly add canola oil until all is incorporated.
  3. Store in a covered cambro, label, date, initial and refrigerate.
