1 cup sugar |
6 ounces red wine vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1 1/2 cups canola salad oil |
Directions:
1. In Hobart mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except canola oil and mix with whip on speed#2 until well mixed. 2. While continuing to mix, slowly add canola oil until all is incorporated. 3. Store in a covered cambro, label, date, initial and refrigerate. |
