Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups red plum jam

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except jam until crumbly.
  2. Spread 1/2 of the mixture into a greased rectangular pan.
  3. Spread jam over crumbly mixture then cover with remaining crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes then allow to cool 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
