Reader's Digest Best Gotta-Have It Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1 lb mini marshmallows
  • 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter, sugar and cocoa.
  2. Stir in eggs.
  3. Add flour, vanilla, salt and nuts. Stir.
  4. Pour into greased, 1-inch deep baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 min or until done.
  6. Cover with marshmallows. Cook an additional 3 minute.
  7. Mix together frosting ingredients and cover brownies with frosting.
  8. ENJOY!
