Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour bourbon over raisins,set aside.
  2. Mix sugar and water in pan,bring to boil.
  3. Add chocolate,stir until melted,remove from heat,but,keep warm.
  4. In bowl,beat butter and egg yolks,one at a time,until light and fluffly.
  5. With mixer still running,add half of the chocolate mixture,then half of the almonds,repeat.
  6. Add the bourbon soaked raisins,beat in flour.
  7. Beat egg whites until stiff,fold into batter.
  8. Turn into a 9 buttered and floured springform pan.
  9. Bake in a 375 degree overn for 30 minutes (or) until top is firm.
  10. Cool,about 5 minutes,turn out onto cake plate,dust with powdered sugar.
  11. Slice thin,serve with bourbon flavored whipped cream.
