Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 cup raisins or 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar together add egg,vanilla and pumpkin.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto greases sheets.
  4. Bake 375 15 minutes until light brown.
