Potato and Cheese Pierogi

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Skin, and boil the potatoes
  2. Mix first 3 until not sticky, let rest until potates are done boiling.
  3. Roll out dough until very thin, then use cookie cutter or cup to form circles.
  4. Mash potatoes- then mix with the cottage cheese.
  5. Fill dough circle with potatoes, and close by pinching.
  6. Boil pierogi, cook 2-3 min after they float.
  7. Either eat them now, or pan fry them> use oil/ or butter, and fry until crisp - can also add some chopped onion to make a butter sauce
