Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 fl oz coconut rum (i like either malibu or parrot bay)
  • 1 fl oz amaretto (i like di saronno)
  • 1 1/2 fl oz pineapple juice
  • ice , as needed

Directions:

  1. Stir together all liquid ingredients in a large cocktail glass and top with ice.
  2. May garnish with a pineapple chunk or cherry, if desired.
