Pineapple Raisin Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until brown. Drain bacon on paper towels; set aside.
  2. In large bowl combine broccoli, cheese, pineapple, raisins and onion.
  3. Crumble bacon; add to broccoli mixture.
  4. For dressing, in small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
  5. Pour over broccoli mixture; toss to coat.
  6. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.
