Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On a small cookie sheet lay out the pecans and set aside.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper and season salt.
  3. Shape cheese mixture into a ball, and gently roll into the pan with pecans, until completely covered. Reshape as you go to form a ball or a log shape.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers, thick chips or even crisp cookies.
