Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
  2. Add eggs
  3. Mix well
  4. Add crushed pineapple
  5. Fold in bread cubes making sure that bread is completely wet
  6. Place in a 2 1/2 quart casserole
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
