Ingredients:

  • 1 quart rum (60-95 or 151 proof )
  • 1 oz sugar syrup (per serving)
  • 2 oz club soda (per serving) or 2 oz carbonated lemon-lime beverage (per serving)
  • 2 ice cubes (per serving) or 3 oz cracked ice (per serving)
  • 1 maraschino cherry (per serving)
  • 1 lime wedges (per serving) or 1 pineapple chunk (per serving)

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix.
  2. 2. 1/2 inch or 13mm Slice of Frozen Pineapple Juice Concentrate ( 12oz size ).
  3. 3. 1/2 inch or 13mm Slice of Frozen Limeade Juice Concentrate ( 12oz size ).
  4. 4. 1-2 Shots or Jigger ( Shot = 1fl oz or 30ml ), ( Jigger = 1.5 fl oz or 44ml ) 60-95 proof Rum.
  5. 5. 1fl.oz = ( One Fluid Ounce ) Bartenders Sugar Syrup as needed.
  6. 6. 1 Shot or Splash of Soda water.
  7. 7. 1-2 Cubes Ice or shots of crushed Ice.
  8. 8. Serve in cocktail/martini glass or tumbler, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a citrus or pineapple wedge .
  9. 9. Pina-Lime Splash Variations:.
  10. 10. Pina-Lime Splash 7 ( use lemon-lime beverage instead of soda water ).
  11. 11. Pina-Lime Alaska ( Blend 3 or more Ice cubes plus all ingredient's - minus soda or 7up ).
  12. 12. Pina-Lime Splash Meltdown ( Use 151 proof Rum ).
  13. 13. Pina-Lime Border Blast Add (1 Shot = 1fl oz or 30ml ) Tequila.
