Pecan Caramel Cream Squares

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put caramels, marshmallows, and milk in top of double boiler.
  2. Place over boiling water.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is melted and smooth - about 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and cool.
  5. Stir in pecans.
  6. Whip cream and fold into creamed mixture.
  7. Combine crumbs and butter.
  8. Reserve 1/4 cup.
  9. Press remainder into bottom of 10x6 dish.
  10. Top with caramel mixture.
  11. Sprinkle with crumbs.
  12. Chill several hours or overnight.
  13. Cut into squares.
