Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Mix toughly about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drop quarter size balls onto a greased baking sheet. (I use air bake cookie sheets.).
  4. Press a criss-cross pattern on each ball with a fork.
  5. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. (Cookies will puff up and then start to brown.).
