The Easiest And Best Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • dash of vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix (isn't that easy?)
  2. Drop by teaspoon fulls, roll into balls or place in mini muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 350 for about 8-9 minutes.
  4. I have also baked them in the mini muffin tins and stuck Hershey's kisses or mini peanut butter cups in them when they were warm....
  5. WARNING - these are habit forming!
  6. The picture is part of a triple batch... I have to make this many so that everyone gets their fill!
