Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl by hand.
  3. Drop dough by the spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Make a criss-cross pattern on the top of the dough with a fork.
  5. Bake for 7-9 minutes.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack or plate.
