Peach Pecan Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 white lily frozen biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Thaw frozen biscuits in microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds.
  3. Using 10 oz.
  4. Custard cups, place 1 T.
  5. Butter and 1 T.
  6. Brown sugar in each cup.
  7. Add half of the peaches to each cup.
  8. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  9. Cut each thawed biscuit into four pieces, dip in remaining melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  10. Place into custard cup.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  12. Cool 10 minutes, invert cup onto serving plates.
