Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine, sugar, butter, and flour.
  2. Add beaten egg and vanilla; mix together.
  3. Pour over peaches.
  4. Pour into pie crust.
  5. Bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour.
