My very best friend gave me this recipe. It is very good-looks a little strange, but don't let that fool you.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 pie crust
Directions:
1. Combine, sugar, butter, and flour.
2. Add beaten egg and vanilla; mix together.
3. Pour over peaches.
4. Pour into pie crust.
5. Bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour.
