Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line rectangle cookie pan with squares of graham crackers.
  2. Melt butter in a pot then add sugar, egg and milk then cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
  3. Take off stove and add coconut, nuts, graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture over cracker squares then add another layer of crackers.
  5. Spread icing over top.
  6. To make icing combine all ingredients and spread over graham crackers.
  7. Cover and allow to set overnight in the refrigerator.
  8. Mix ingredients together and spread over graham crackers.
  9. Cover and let set overnight in the refrigerator.
