Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºF.
  2. Divide popcorn and pecans between 2 ungreased rectangular pans (13x9x2-in).
  3. Heat brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges.
  4. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat, Stir in baking soda.
  6. Pour mixture over popcorn and walnuts.
  7. Stir until well coated.
  8. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
