Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sieve the flour, soda and baking powder together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and the condensed milk.
  3. Add the sieved flour, little by little.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add the Miranda and orange juice, little by little.
  6. Add the essence and mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray.
  8. Bake on medium heat till a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Now prepare the icing.
  10. For this, beat the butter till it becomes similar in appearance to a fluffy cream.
  11. Gradually add the icing sugar.
  12. Mix well till it is smooth.
  13. Add salt, colour and essence.
  14. Blend well.
  15. Garnish as desired.
