Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; set aside. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer at medium for one minute. Beat in eggs (one at a time) and extract until well blended. Scrape down the bowl. Add flour mixture, and mix until combined.
  2. Divide into mini muffin pan and cook at 350 degrees for 8 minutes (or until firm).
  3. While still warm, dust with powdered sguar.
