Old Fashioned Fudge Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a saucepan melt the stick of butter and the chocolate.
  3. Add a cup of sugar.
  4. Beat two eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Take the chocolate mixture off of the stove and mix two tablespoons or so of the chocolate to the eggs to temper them.
  6. Now you can add the eggs to the chocolate without fear of them scrambling!
  7. Pour into a pie shell and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
