Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup instant oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp molasses
  • 1/4 cup soymilk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (except raisins)
  4. Add dry to wet.
  5. Add in raisins.
  6. Bake for 12-16 minute.
  7. Cool and enjoy!
