Pretty low calorie-you can make them taste better by using oil instead of apple sauce, and brown sugar instead of splenda Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 cup instant oats (or ground oats) |
1/2 cup steel cut oats |
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
3/4 cup raisins (or craisins) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1/2 teaspoon molasses |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/4 cup soymilk |
1/4 cup applesauce |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350°F. 2. combine wet ingredients. 3. in a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (except raisins) 4. add dry to wet. 5. add in raisins. 6. bake for 12-16 minute. 7. cool and enjoy! |
