Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
  2. Melt butter with milk in pan over low heat
  3. Pour into the egg mixture
  4. Fold in flour and baking powder
  5. Pour into a greased and floured tin (approx 8x12 )
  6. Lay sliced apples on top in rows
  7. Cook 400F for 20-25 mins.
