Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 3 tbsp raw honey or 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp sunflower lecithin powder (must stay in freezer to set up if using husks) or 2 tsp psyllium husks (must stay in freezer to set up if using husks)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients except the last two in high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Add Sunflower (NOT SOY) lecithin and coconut oil and blend some more until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Set in fridge for about 1 hours.
