Ingredients:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. Mix in the sugar.
  4. In a large bowl, combing the melted butter, beaten egg, vanilla extract, bananas, milk, and maple syrup and beat with a fork until well blended.
  5. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture, just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
  6. Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake 20 minutes or until the muffins are lightly browned.
  8. Serve warm.
