Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans or 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Bring the sugar, milk and butter to a boil for 4 miuntes (do not underboil); Add the marshmallows and stir until melted; Add pecans, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and vanilla. Stir until mixed and drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
  2. NOTE: If the mixture doesn't want to hold in a peak, let it cool for a few minutes before dropping on wax paper.
