Moms Chilled Melon Buttermilk Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour orange juice into blender.
  2. Add buttermilk blend and blend untill powder is dissolved.
  3. Add cantaloupe, cover and process until pureed.
  4. Add the honey, salt, nutmeg, vanilla, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Cover and process till smooth.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Pour into six bowls and garnish each with a mint sprig.
