Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x4 loaf pan.
  3. Mix coffee, butter, chocolate in a bowl and microwave until chocolate is melted 1-2 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Beat the egg.
  6. Stir in bourbon and vanilla.
  7. Add to chocolate mixture, stirring.
  8. In a medium bowl sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt.
  9. Beat into chocolate mixture until smooth.
  10. Stir in pecans and raisins.
  11. Pour into loaf pan.
  12. Bake 45-55 minutes.
  13. Remove and cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes.
  14. Remove from pan and cool completely.
  15. Serve with whipped cream.
