Directions:

  1. Melt candy coating in microwave with 4 tsps. shortening. Stir until smooth. Stir in food coloring.
  2. Pour evenly into minature muffin cup liners.
  3. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
  4. Melt mint candies in microwave with remaining shortening. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour over cookie crumbs.
  6. Let stand until set.
