Mexican-Style Italian Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup ice water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid.
  2. Cover and shake well.
  3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Strain before using (optional).
