Adapted from Mexican Family Cooking. Straining is optional. Cooking time is chilling time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon mashed garlic |
1 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/4 cup ice water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid. 2. Cover and shake well. 3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight. 4. Strain before using (optional). |
