Mexican 'nuevo Laredo' Hot Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 sprigs cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Char jalapenos, tomatoes, and onion until turning black in either a grill, broiler or dry skillet.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
  3. Add water to bring salsa to the consistency you want.
  4. Add salt to taste.
