Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. We made the guacamole and grated the cheese the night before.
  2. Preheat oven at 100 C.
  3. Cook the sausages in a pan
  4. When the sausages are cook, put the eggs (in the same pan) and the mushrooms and mix all.
  5. Spread the tortillas with the guacamole, then put the scrambled eggs mixture, cheese and fold it in half
  6. On the top put a little bit of cheese.
  7. Put them in the oven for 10 min or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Enjoy :)
