Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 small can tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix beef, oats, onion, egg, salt, pepper and a can of tomato sauce. Shape into loaf and place in loaf pan.
  2. Combine remaining sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over loaf.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Baste occasionaly.
