  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray muffin tins with cooking non-stick spray.
  3. Mix together all ingredients.
  4. Form meat balls the size of muffins and place into muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until each are done in center.
  6. Serve with your favorite sauce or gravy.
