Max and Mom's Over-The-Top Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together then add the rest and combine.
  2. Pour into prepared muffin pans or loaf pans. We made mini bundt cakes.
  3. Bake at 350 till knife comes out clean. Enjoy!
