Super moist and delicious! My 2 year old son Max and I put this together yesterday and it was all gobbled up when his brothers came home from school. Make this with your preschooler for a wonderful Fall treat!! OHMYGOSH! It's gooood! Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup ricotta cheese |
1/2 cup apple butter |
3 ripe bananas |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together then add the rest and combine. 2. Pour into prepared muffin pans or loaf pans. We made mini bundt cakes. 3. Bake at 350 till knife comes out clean. Enjoy! |
