Mashed Maple Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 extra large can or 1 latge + 1 small can sweet potatoes,drained and mashed
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup. milk
  • 1/4 cup. melted butter
  • 1/2 cup. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup. mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Spoon into a large casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 30 minutes until crusty on top.
  5. Remove from oven and add more marshmallows to top and return to oven watching closely until marshmallows melt.
