Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 3 -4 cloves
  • 4 -5 cardamom pods
  • 1/2 tsp saunf (fennel)

Directions:

  1. Powder all the above ingredients and mix.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. Will keep well for years.
