Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup maple sugar
  • litre/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. corn starch

Directions:

  1. At home put maple sugar and cornstarch in a Zip-loc bag.
  2. At camp combine sugar mixture and 1/2 cup cold water in a pan and heat to boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened and clear.
